This Privacy Policy applies to all registered and unregistered Fyssa users and may be revised or updated from time to time.

This Privacy Policy explains that we understand that your personal information is extremely important to you, especially given the nature of our App and the products we sell, and that we may ask you to provide information that identifies you, such as your name, postal address, email address, phone number, mobile device identifier, or any other identifier that can be used to contact you online or offline ( “Personal Information"), or information that relates to you but does not personally identify you. When you trust us with this information, we are responsible for ensuring its security and protection. We collect this information to enable the Site, Fyssa applications and services to function properly and to provide you with the functionality of the Site. We also use this information to better understand how visitors use the Sites, Fyssa Applications and Services and how we can better tailor the Sites, Fyssa Applications or Services, their content and functionality to meet user needs. However, this information is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

If you choose to click on one of these other websites or online services, please note that any information you provide will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that website or service and not to this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites or services, and the presence of links to such websites or services in the Application does not imply that we endorse them or have approved their policies or practices with respect to user information. You agree that Fyssa is not responsible for any matters relating to third party websites or services to which you provide information, including their collection and processing of that information.

When you submit personally identifiable information to Fyssa through a website, Fyssa application or service, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any country in which Fyssa and its affiliates and subsidiaries maintain offices or web hosting servers. You also agree that the collection, transfer, storage and processing of your information may be performed by Fyssa's trusted suppliers in certain countries or for certain activities. Such suppliers are contractually bound not to use your personal information for their own purposes or provide it to any third party.

6. Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

Fyssa reserves the right to share your information with third parties if we believe it is necessary to: (1) conform to the requirements of the law or comply with legal process served on us; (2) protect or defend our legal rights or property (3) investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations that pose a potential threat to the physical safety of any person, or violations of the terms and conditions for using our Apps and Services in violation of the terms and conditions of the Apps and Services.

Our Services are not directed to minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the Services or submit any personal data through the Services. If this occurs, we encourage parents or legal guardians to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children under the age of 18 not to provide Personal Data to the Services. This supplemental privacy policy shall apply only to residents of California, according to the regulation of CCPA, and may be subject to change. The general privacy policy shall continue to apply to the extent that it applies to you as a resident of California. Any term used in this supplemental privacy policy shall have the same meaning as in the general privacy policy.

10. Privacy Related Inquiries and Complaints

If you believe that your personal information is not in compliance with this Privacy Policy, or if you have other related inquiries or concerns, you may contact us through the contact information on this website. In your message, please describe in as much detail as possible the nature of your inquiry or the manner in which you believe the Privacy Policy has not been complied with. We will promptly investigate your inquiry or complaint.
